Processing Times

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address used at checkout.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or product launches, this may extend to 5–7 business days.

Please note: shipping timeframes start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place your order. The estimates shown at checkout are calculated by a third-party app and don’t include processing times.

Made-To-Order, Pre-Order & Personalised Items

These products have their own production timeframes listed in their individual product descriptions.

If your order contains one of these items, your full order will ship together once it’s ready.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post (a carbon-neutral courier) with free tracking.

Your tracking link will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times to major cities:

  • Brisbane: 1–3 business days
  • Melbourne: 1–5 business days
  • Sydney: 1–5 business days
  • Queensland (regional): 3–7 business days
  • Tasmania: 3–8 business days
  • Perth: 5–9 business days

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees and any import taxes or duties required by their country.

Once your order leaves the Matchy Australia workshop, it’s in the hands of the courier. For tracking updates, you’ll need to contact them directly.

While we pack your order with care, Matchy Australia can’t be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.

If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we’ll get in touch to arrange the next steps.

Matchy Australia Workshop Pickup

Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email to the email used at checkout.

When your order is ready to collect from the Workshop, you will receive an email with the collection details.

Please do not arrive to collect your order before you have received this email.

Pickup Hours
Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please be mindful that this may increase to 5-7 business days during busy seasons and launches.

Made-To-Order or Personalised items have an individual production timeframe. Please view the product description of the individual product for the timeframes as this will affect the timeframe in which you can collect your order.

PARKING
When you arrive at the workshop please be mindful that there are surrounding businesses that are not associated with Matchy Australia. There is on-site parking available marked as "Visitor" and street parking surrounding the workshop that you are free to occupy.
