Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email to the email used at checkout.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please be mindful that this may increase to 5-7 business days during busy seasons and launches.

Please be aware that shipping estimation times are from when the order is dispatched, not from the day you place your order.

Please take into account the processing times when viewing the shipping estimations at checkout. These estimations are through a 3rd party app and calculate the shipping timeframe to your location. They do not take into account the processing timeframe.

Made-To-Order, Pre Order or Personalised items have an individual production timeframe. Please view the product description of the individual product for the timeframes.

If your order contains a Made-To-Order, Pre Order or Personalised item, they will ship together when your Made-To-Order, Pre Order or Personalised item is ready.

Domestic Shipping 

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post (a carbon neutral courier) and come with a free tracking link. Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Melbourne: 1-5 business days 
Sydney: 1-5 business days 
Queensland: 3-7 business days

International Shipping 

We are currently shipping internationally to New Zealand, USA, Canada & Europe. All International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees & import taxes involved with international shipping. Matchy Australia does not cover any import taxes to your country.
